How do you change a heater core on a 1977 Ford Ranger?

its been fogging up the windows.. so i think it has a leak somewhere.. but I have no idea how to fix it or change it? can anyone help?How do you change a heater core on a 1977 Ford Ranger?it's under the dash on the passagers side in a plastic box and you have to take the two line's running up from the motor to the firewall off

Then remove the two duct hoses in the cab as well as the plenum cable and unhook the connection to the blower motor.
